Hello!!! I am new to this site and was invited by a friend. I guess to start, I was never a skinny kid so I steadily gained wieght until I was about 17 years old and hit 213 lbs. At that point, I vowed to never be that big again. over the course of two years and steady weight loss I got down to 149 lbs!!
In a perfect world I would still be 149 lbs with no flaws but needless to say after getting married and having my son, my weight has flucuated more than a little bit. I am currently 180 and really tired of the weight yo-yo. I am now looking to change my lifestlye and learn how to maintain healthy eating habits and exercise no matter what comes and goes. IT IS TIME FOR A PERMENATE CHANGE!!!
