Have not followed the Challenge very well since I was so sick for a couple days. Ate some real food today, and regretted it tonight. Been drinking mostly water, today decided on some real soda, bad idea. Also because the turkey and bread stayed down at lunch, I ate an iced brownie tonight, plus some other junk another bad idea....I got sick again. Back to water for now.

Have been kinds sick with some kind of stomach bug. Pretty much anything I eat leaves my body immediately, one way or another. Just trying to stay hydrated with water and my Crystal Light tea. Diet Pepsi is ok, but kinda hurts the belly.
Cannot hardly stand up straight for the stomach pains. Does this count as abdominal crunches? LOL

Is it weird to be scared of losing the weight? So far have lost 4 pounds, and it has only been a few days. But I probably screwed that up by eating junk the past couple days. Could it be self sabotage?
I will keep on keeping on at any rate.
After all, Tomorrow is another day. :)

So, I had a couple days off work, and totally ruined the new "diet".
I ate so much crap yesterday.
I think the healthiest thing I ate yesterday was some Wheatsworth crackers. I actually only ate the suggested serving size.
I did not do so hot with today's food intake either.
I seem to do better when it is during the work week.
Tomorrow I am going to try a new recipe that I found here on Fatsecret.

I am HUNGRY!!!
Who in the hell has time for breakfast? If I ever get enough energy on a day off I will try to buy easy stuff to pre-package so that I can eat in the car on the way to work.
I also have to eat lunch at about 11:30 every workday because that is the only time I can grab it, IF I am lucky. Most days I wolf down my lunch while sitting at my desk working on various tasks.
Joined the challenge Not Eating Junk Food at Work...this should be ok, since we get snacks like grapes and bananas from loyal volunteers.
UGH! When's dinner?
