Not recording my food or my water intake today. It was a horrible day and I only had around 600 calories all day. So glad it that tomorrow is Saturday. Still need to buy a scale.

I drank so much water today and still did not get my 100 oz + in. Oh well tomorrow is another day. I also feel like crap because my DH left his Taco Bell leftovers in the fridge and guess who ate half a burrito? I had already consumed most of my days calories, so I am pretty sure I screwed today up...Guess I will just start fresh again tomorrow.

I made myself eat breakfast this morning. I devised a plan yesterday for making sure that I ate breakfast everyday. I went grocery shopping and got Greek yogurt, fruits, nuts and some granola. Today I made a smoothie, I am not big on the taste. Thinking about buying some whey protein with flavor to add to the smoothies. So far so good. I think I will try to weigh in during the middle of the week. I don't own a scale, so I guess that is on my shopping list as well. :D

Weekends are rough. I am usually the first one in the house out of bed,(DH works nights a lot, and both children are grown). I am not a morning person or a breakfast person, so usually by noon I am hungry, alone, and making poor choices with food. Today, I had 6 left over McD's chicken nuggets that someone had left in the fridge, also I snagged a mozzarella stick from someone's left overs. I felt like crap, so I made a plan for eating breakfast. Found some easy smoothie and other breakfast recipes and ideas, then went shopping. Tomorrow I start eating breakfast! =)

I was starving at lunch time! Pressed for time, I went to the nearest place, the gas station, and grabbed 2 cheeseburger links from the roller grill and a wild cherry pepsi. I inhaled the cheeseburger links before I ever got back to the office. Once I got back, I felt horrible and followed up by eating some fresh veggies. I guess that will even it all out. LOL!
Did fairly well at dinner. Again I was starving by the time I got home, let the dogs out, changed clothes, and did some light housework. Decided on making an omelette. It sucks that I used most of my calories by making a poor decision at lunch, because I may like to have a snack before bed so that I don't wake up starving.
