Haven't been doing so well at recording my exercise, but have been fairly consistent at tracking every crumb that goes into my mouth. I am still trying to drink 100 oz of water a day. I wish I could tolerate that much H2O.

Too tired to record much today. Will get back on it tomorrow. I bought Just Dance for the Wii and did 30 minutes yesterday. Going to try for 30 minutes tomorrow.

Finally bought a scale. Did my weigh-in and have dropped from 207. It really does make a difference to hold myself accountable for everything that I put into my mouth.
I also bought Just Dance 3 for the Wii...Now I must start moving around a bit more. :)

Woke up this morning and was over the horrible day from yesterday, logged my food from yesterday. Going out to buy a scale today. Will check my weight when I get back. My tummy area feels less heavy, so I will let that positive thought carry me through the rest of the day. :)
