Ahoy hoy,

Got another day of busy busy, but it should run realatively smoothly. Got my ear buds in and busting out some cold play - paradise (fedde le grande RMX)..so crazy i heard it at DJ morgan pages concert...who i ended up meeting back stage and went to the after party with. It was a tres cool experience. BOOM. I have been talking to his manager ever since who had quite the take off on the plan back to LA after the show in calgary on saturday because of the wind. Pretty cool people thats for sure, i will never forget that night.

Ive been busting my ass all week, 1 - 1.5 hour runs everyday, got up and skipped for 20 this morning and put on new smaller sized denim :) with a blazer from club monaco and over the knee black boots. Feelin like a absolute beauty. my momma always says if you look good, you feel good. she leaves for vegas soon to run the marathon there! pretty cool, her and my dad...talk about inspiration. I just love them.

Still waiting to hear back from the arch firm, she said hopefully tuesday at the earliest so im hoping today is the day.

So i ask you fs buddies, make today great because i know im going to go the extra mile today, and most days for that matter because we never get to have today back! I will have a productive 10 hour day at work, followed by the chiropractor, then the gym for shoulders and tris...do some cardi oh oh oh and phenomenal abdominals, then come home for some turkey chili! deeeeeeeelish. And lots of smiles and laughs along the way. Oridinary people dont spend time on the extra mile, but who never said you were ordinary?

Bonjour my weight loss champs!

Well i have been a little less diligient on the whole recording of the foods and excercise log this month but I am pretty sure i can keep Egg whites, oatmeal, veggies veggies veggies fish and chicken stored up in the ole noggin :)I read my horoscope this morning and it said you have faced an inordinate number of challenges recently. Delays, roadblocks, dissapointments and red tape have come to be the status quo and because of that you are probably expecting more of the same. but what you have been through was more of a training and or proving ground for an upcoming oppurtunity and the universe was preparing you. while its great to be prepared for challenges don't allow yourself to also feel apprehension or aggravation over recent events. your endeavours are about to take a decidely positive turn and progress will come much more rapidly.

holy balls. I loved that for a number or reasons:

1)A two pound drop since last weigh in. I have been at the gym everyday and eating right most days since mid september, and finally i am seeing the number move. - Although i feel amazing and strong and my clothes are fittnig better and my body is changing shape its nice to see the pounds shed too. NO MORE STATUS QUO

2)I have a second interview with the architecture and interior design firm friday. The big wigs are coming in from Vancouver. It is down to me and one other

3)Boys. I have known this boy for a couple of months that has been wrapped in red tape aka in a realationship since i have met him. He is now currently single and as my best friend said: "Jenn hes your soul mate...doesnt that terrify you??" hahaha love her. Im gonna take my time with this...but still I cant shake the feeling i get everytime we are together.

BOOM. Turn your thoughts...Into things.

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, if they be events, illnesses or relationships, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere.
If someone hurts you, betrays you , or breaks ...you heart, forgive them. For they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to who you open your heart to.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and opening your heart and eyes to things you would have never seen or felt without them.
Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again.
Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you either.
You can make of your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out and live it.
