ive been doing alot of weight training lately and so i am not too worried about my increase in weight..all my measurements are down and i am pretty lean and solid...im training 6 days a week and have learnt to avoid the scale for the most part. keep it real kids

Good merrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrnin,
We're jumping up and down. We're jumping up and down!!!! Why? Because i got the JOB. no more commuting to this dumpy hole, no more trailer living, no more toothless joes heckling me from a distance. I put in my two weeks yesterday and couldnt be more thrilled. More Prada suits, more money, more oppurtunity, and overall more happiness!!
I went out and celebrated with Sushi and Saki last night so needless to say im feeling like a salty sodium monster and cannot wait to gldet to the gym to sweat it out. Weights the same but i feel like a mammoth.
I wish i could write more but i need to finish this job feeling like a made this a better place then when i found it... but that goes without saying.
