So today I said no to the English muffins someone brought in and I didn't buy a breakfast burrito. I wanted to do a gluten free week but out didn't happen due to all the times people offered me food. Like bagels,.cake, so hard to day no. And I feel bad cause I know they are just trying to be thoughtful, but every yes is a failure in my war against the bulge lol. I lost nearly 5lbs since mid June but I lost it right away and I can't seen to even lose 1 stinking pound right now. So I declared war on the fast cells in my body, literally. Every choice I make I'm asking myself,.is this gonna help win the war? Or are you putting the flag up? It's time to get serious cause in a month I haven't been able to get under 175, and in February I was 174, sometimes even 172. So this fat had dug it's heels in, determined not to leave. So I need to put twice the effort to remove it lol sucks. I thought I wouldn't have to get serious till I was at 170 lol
