I'm interested in losing a little weight, but mostly in eating healthier. Avoiding chemicals and pesticides, getting lots of good vitamins and nutrients, and generally doing everything I can to be able to stay healthy and happy for a long long time!
I want to do all the little things that can help an overall diet: eat breakfast, reduce sugars, chew my food more, drink more water, etc.
I'm interested in caloric restriction as a method of life extension, but love eating a little too much to have made any effort to adopt it yet :-)
