I wish I would get into yoga/pilates. While I am at the gym, I am always envious of the ladies who are going into the yoga room...thinking....man, i bet that is relaxing. I really need to try to go to a yoga/pilates class. I think it would be something good to spice up my work out....and relax.....ahhhhhhSmile

I did pilates for a semester during college. I enjoyed it.....but didnt see much results. but i think if i incorporate it into my work routine that i have NOW...it may be totally differnet.

I really should just extend my workout an hour ONE day a week to get a yoga/pilates class in.....

hmmm....im jealous of everyones stretching!

Todays a rough day....v-day. Yikes....pretty much treats around every corner!! I guess I didnt help...I brought Valentine's Day Version Puppy Chow for work....I guess its worth it, everyone loves me today!! I only nibbled....a little bit 0Smile

Hopefully today doesnt effect my weigh in tomorrow!!

Weekends are always my biggest challenge. THere is ALWAYS something going on. For example...this weekend...my bf is playing in a big dart tourney...which is bound to be fun....me and my bf's friends wives are going to have a few cocktails and be their cheerleaders! ha. weekends, i never eat as i should...and it probably doesnt help to start drinking so early in the morning...hopefully that means im sleeping even earlier that night! ha. But....to make up for it...im NOT skipping my workout saturday morning....so before i go and do ANYTHING...im working out...so then i dont feel like a complete p.o.s.!! YIPES.

Potassium levels
I'm not sure if this is factual...but someone at work told me that a kiwi has the potassium of THREE bananas!

Cocktails
I am pretty sure, both Captain adn Bacardi (rums) and diet coke have zero calories.

Otherwise...my sister, when she was on WW....she drank vodka/water and lime juice. I never tried it...but she lives by it....STILL!

AM Workouts
Does your gym have classes that work better with your schedule? Sometimes you have to figure out if it is truly something you are capable of doing. Because if you arent....you arent a morning person (like me)...itll just cause frustrations/disappointment if you try to set a goal that is near impossible for you to accomplish. Especially if there is a step/spin/etc. class for you in the afternoon when you wouldnt have troulbe making it there.

I would definately look into latermorning/afternoon/night classes....save yourself the frustration.

That really doesnt help....but in teh same sense I dont want you to get frustrated either. Some people just CANT wake up that early..... Dont knock yourself because of it.
