Finished my shoulders workout with my trainer. Great workout. Now time for a whey protein shake.

Today's workout with the personal trainer was active recovery day. High intensity, out of breath, sweat dripping 30 minutes of extreme workout. The workout included the Superman exercise, cross planks, burpess, and lunges with 15 pound kettlebell.

Today was triceps and cardio. Intervals on the tread mill (90 sec. run / 3 min walk). Triceps workout with dumbbells and cable machine.
