Today is my first six (6) week evaluation with my personal trainer. It's difficult to believe that it has been six (6) weeks, already. I know I've lost weight, but I'm excited to see the difference in my measurements and body fat percentage.

Today was my first six (6) week assessment with my personal trainer. Results are very good. I have lost a total of 22 pounds over the past six (6) weeks. The breakdown is 18 pounds of fat and 4 pounds of muscle. I have lost a total of 16 inches, with the most significant loss in my hips and waist.

Focused on legs and cardio at the gym this evening.

Missed the gym on Monday. Leg day has been pushed back to today. I'll include twenty (20) minutes of interval walking and running on the treadmill before working on the legs.

Back day at the gym. Tried a new post-workout creatine drink. It's Body Fortress Super Advanced Creatine HP2 Muscle Mass & Strength Fuel Fruit Punch. Fifty (50) calories per scoop and a pleasant taste, although it's not a protein shake. The company claims it is great for muscle hydration after a workout.
