Great workout with the personal trainer, this evening. Today was leg day and we put a twist to the regular leg day workouts. Pyramid plate leg presses, isolated plate leg presses, calf raises with dumb bells, leg extensions (holding for 3 seconds on rep 3, 6, and 9), straight leg RDL with kettle ball.

A great workout with the personal trainer this evening. Stretched out the deltoids from this past weekend's workout. Also did squat shuffles and walking lunges with kettle bells. Finished out the circuit with oblique twists and knee drives. Rinse and repeat.

Starting the new week feeling refreshed. Meet with my personal trainer today at 5:30. Not sure what she has on today's fitness agenda. I'm hoping it's lower body or core. I worked on biceps, triceps and deltoids yesterday. Feeling some stiffness and soreness in the delts today.

Chest day with the trainer. I arrived at the gym thirty (30) minutes early to get in some cardio training on the elliptical before working out with my trainer.
