New Fatsecret
I had been away for awhile and didn't know they had changed!
So when I came back and found it more friendly with it keeping track of foods that I usually eat for each meal...I was pleasantly surprised!
...with that said...change can be frustrating... Sad

I'm on a low carb, high protein diet and have a few questions for the general populus
Taking a Multi on Low Carb lifestyle is a good thing.
My personal minerals includes both Potassium and Magnesium...keeps the leg cramps away...but each of us is different.
Lack of Fiber=Constipation for sure!
1/4 cup ground flax daily for me is mandatory.
Miralax is a daily part of my routine morning 'food plan'.
Adequate water is vital....
