Hi, I'm a mom to a rambunctious 5 year old boy and wife to a very hungry but encouraging husband. I work in an office, so sitting at a desk for several hours has added many pounds and spread hips. I'm working towards an ultimate 60lb weight loss, but breaking it down into phases. I'm in phase 1 - learning to eat.I've lost about 12 lbs in this phase. I always ask for any positive feedback, advice and/or tips.
