Thanks for the tip on adding to the intake columns. I added net carbs and fiber. I've been wanting to track net carbs...in fact, that was one of the reasons I stopped tracking for a while.
I wish Fatsecret would give some kind of training update! There are so many neat options that most of us are unaware of. Too bad there are only 6 columns for intake tracking. I wanted to add sodium as well, but will certainly settle for net carbs!

Can't believe I did over an hour of exercises yesterday and shoveled the driveway then gained half a pound. Soothed myself with a bowl of Rice Krispies with walnuts and low fat milk!

Shocked at the scales. Getting back on track today. Decided the 100 carbs was too restrictive to stick to for me, so I am going to try 150 and see how I feel. I do not like feeling hungry every hour or two. I am also hoping that allowing myself a 2 pm treat of ....cheezits will help the mindless search and eats. Good luck to everyone. We can do this. When we fail, we just need to try again. And remember God gives do-overs!

Well, I guess the weight has been creeping back on while I was eating Cheezits and taking it easy! Hmmm. Getting back on track and ready for action.
