I live with my wonderful wife and daughter in Fort Payne, AL where I work at Little River Canyon National Preserve. I am retired from the Army and have been wiith the National Park Service for 8 years. I have been on a roller coaster ride with my weight for many years. Fortunately, the army made me keep it down somewhat, but I got really big after retirement. I'm now in great shape and trying to learn how to maintain. My goal is to live a high quality life.
