I didn't do such a great job yesterday but I'm back with it today.

A drop of 800 gr since last week. That's not as low as yesterday but still not a bad start. I've been following my plan very carefully, not going outside the 8 hour window and consequently finding it easy to stay within RDI. I just need to keep going like this - motivation is high at the moment so it shouldn't be too hard.

Smiling and happy today - got the drop I expected (1 kg down) and a day to go to weekly weigh-in. Awesome.
In addition today's a national holiday and the sun is shining; it's a beautiful day. What's not to smile about?

Trying hard not to feel down at the apparent lack of change so far, either on the scale or in the fit of my clothes - after all, it has only been 5 days.
However, I'm sticking to my plan so carefully and getting in plenty of exercise - I had expected a biggish drop to start me off, so to speak.
Still two days to weigh-in, though. I have a day and a half off work, starting right now, so I'm off for a long seaside walk in the sunshine.

Going well today so far but way under RDI, about 60%. My 8-hour window is now closed and I don't think I'll be hungry again, either. I need to watch this though as I've been a little under RDI a few times. I know from experience that going too low is not good in the long run as I don't lose weight and then I over-react and eat too much.
