Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
Morning is better (or I should say, I prefer) because when you wake up after 7 hrs of sleep your metabolism is in a fasting state and your body is extracting energy from your reserves (glycogen and fats). I exercise before eating breakfast because i want my body to burn as much fat as possible before i switch my metabolic state by eating. Regardless of exercise intensity, your strict dietary regimen is always a major factor in the degree of weight loss you plan to achieve; exercise alone is not enough. So you can choose to exercise in the morning or evening, it really doesn't matter when; all that matters is that your calories burned exceeds calories consumed. I'm a morning person so I prefer a morning workout.
