Medifast continues to work for me. I couldn't be happier. I am beginning to take some liberties with the food. For instance, this AM I substituted 1 real egg plus 1/4 cup egg beaters for the MF scrambled eggs. Should be OK calorie and carb-wise. We shall see. The big advantage of the MF food, in my opinion, is the "satiety" factor. But, at some point, the expense does become a factor.

Stalled. No loss, but no gain, either. So, I did some measuring to see if I could feel good about something. Some more inches lost. So. will keep on keepin' on.

Another week, another pound. I did have some almonds this week, and some low-fat cottage cheese which was not on plan. But, the scale is still going the right way.

Medifast is working for me. Another 3 lbs this week! I will measure in a bit, but I am probably not losing the inches as fast as the weight. Ah, well. One step at a time.
