trying to loose weight with The lapband
Hi Darknlovely3,

My hubby had lapband in 2008 lost 80 lbs and has been great. However, he has regained about 20. I finally convinced him to do Atkins with me and sign up for FS for some additional accountability. We started on Monday 2/27. He is down 5lbs and 2 for me. I wish you luck and know from his experience that it works but it truly is a lifestyle change.
