I've found water has been super important during my weigh loss. Let's take our current weight % 2 and drink that many ounces. Ex. Weight = 180 % 2= 90 Oz of daily water is my goal.

Guidelines:
Set a workout goal. I plan to get physical activity EVERYDAY! Walking 2 miles with my daughter + toning dvd 2-3 days. And a more challenging activity on 4 days, I have insanity workout and it kicks my a**!
