Todays Date... Dec. 25th 2010!
I start my diet today, hoping that I will be strong through these days,
Todays Weigh-In this morning was 182.4lbs, desired weight is 150lbs.
A few pounds to go, but I know I will reach my goal.

I'm waiting to start on December 25th, because we celebrate Christmas on the 24th (I'm Danish), so hopefully I will be able to have things lined up to start and lose the 8 - 13 lbs for Phase 1.

Its December 23rd, "LILLE JULE AFTEN" (little Christmas Eve, as we call it in Denmark)
Two more days and I'm getting ready to start my SB diet, and I'm excited to see if I can lose the 8 - 13lbs as they say you can. So if I pump it a little with the Melt it Off, and P90X and the diet. I should be able to lose a little... these first two weeks.
However I worry a little... two weeks without fruit, bread, potatoes, pasta, rice... mmm lets hope I can do it and show myself and Tia that I have a backbone in me to get through those two weeks... Its only two weeks, so how hard can it be!
