I had two sausages (and some dried blueberries) yesterday and some black pudding today, both of which have rusk containing wheat (not the berries of course-they had sugar and sunflower oil - got to read those labels!). Kept my carbs low both days. Feel totally odd - it's either the wheat or the wasp sting yesterday followed by bad night. No more sausages or black pudding for me. Or dried blueberries. Still learning here!! The hard way as it turns out. Note to self: keep it simple. Ditch the processed food and put your glasses on girl. :0/
