Not been a good month. So much stuff going on. Almost just gave up. Now I want to try again. This time I'm starting where I left off when I hit my plateau. Maybe I can get past it this time. If not, then I do give up.

Had a bad week. Was so sick of being on the plateau that I just gave up for a while and gained back a few pounds. Then I pulled a muscle in my back and have been in pain bad enough I couldn't work. I stayed in bed most of the last 2 days trying to rest it, so while I didn't exercise any, I also didn't eat very much and I'm back down to 229, so that's nice at least. We're out of slim fasts so we have to get more of those before I can get back on the wagon so to speak.
Christopher had lost 13 lbs and then gained back 3, but he seems to lose a lot then gain a little then lose a lot again, so I'm sure he'll get it back off again.
