Just did the Week 1 workout from losebellyfat.com and felt AWESOME that I'd done it! Had to jump right in the shower. Must have sweated off 5 lbs LOL
Now lowfat turkey stroganoff with whole wheat pasta and non-fat yogurt sauce, green beans and beets for "lunch".

WOOHOO! I finally broke into the 220s!!! Last weighin was 231.6, and this morning I was at 228.8!!! I am so stoked! My husband even remarked my legs look noticeably smaller and when he hugged me he gasped and remarked about how much room is left.

Christopher lost more weight, and I gained 8/10 of a lb. No biggie, but he's teasing me. Today, I've been too busy or distracted to eat much. i had the 2 shakes and a good dinner, so while my calories are below 1000, I'm going to bed feeling a little hungry, but not giving in and eating carbs right before bed. Maybe it'll kickstart my loss again.
Have not done any workouts since Christopher came home. I have to find a time to do them. Got a new MP3 player to listen to the workout music. Hope to use it tomorrow, but he's off work, so who knows.

I have not worked out at all since Christopher got back from the trip. He'd only gained 1 lb and has still lost more total than I have. I have lost steadily, but in small amounts the last few days, but it's better than gaining!
Clothes fitting a little better. My thighs look somewhat smaller in my bluejeans. MUST get back to my HIIT workouts and finish Week 1 so I can move on.
The kids have been inspired by us I think. Rhiannon has started doing the HIIT and situps as well. Bikini season has a lot to do with it I bet. Corina has been watching what she eats and even cut way back on smoking. She's lost 54 lbs total so far. She'd stopped losing for a while, but our challenge spurred her on to get back at it and has lost again. She's almost gotten below 200 and is so excited.
I am REALLY hoping I've lost more by morning!
