Feeling crushed.

I'm feeling exhausted and run down. I've been sick with a cold for 2 weeks, which isn't helping with my running goal. Also, my boyfriend and I went to Chicago for a few days and it was basically an eating holiday and the scale is defiantely reflecting that. I was doing so good and got to 235, that was a big jump for me and I was soo proud. Well it's just two days after my March break, 7 days of eating what I want, and I'm back at 239. I realize that I'm still ahead and that I just need to keep going... I'm trying, believe me I am. I went to the gym yesturday and today. I plan on going tomorrow and Friday as well. My eating is back on track but I'm craving food and just wanting to get back to my old ways of eating without thinking. It's so disheartening to see you gained back the pounds you just worked ahrd to lose, that you are exhausted and can't bare to do any more physical activty and you still can't look in the mirror. On the bright side, this time is different. I've been here many times before, usually I'd quite, give in and eat. this time I'm writing... a lot ... just as I'd eat a lot. I will try and stay focused and push on. I have a goal to reach and it is attainable even if right now that isn't obvious.....
