YEsterday (Saturday, 10/19), I did a full cheat day after breaking a 16+ hour fast with my standard weekly workout (pullups, weighted squats, pushups, planks, 15-min elliptical, and 3 forearm exercises (dumbbell curls, and reverse and standard wrist curls)).
