Not really looking to get rid of a ton of weight. My main goal is to shred body fat and stay as big as possible. Overall, if I could be 12% body fat and 285lbs, I would be happy. Cardio is not my thing. It completely sucks. I enjoying lifting weights as long as its heavy.
I am using FatSecret to keep me honest with my eating and to let me truly see how good or bad I am doing.
