Was up and down all night. Way too much liquids yesterday!!!
Sleepy as hell and not hungry at all. Did my typical black coffee and now the metabolism is kicking. Sweating my ass off. (Literally... I cheated and stepped on the scale a little early to see a 5-6lbs drop this week)

Sleep was a little better last night. Drank black coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 to jump start the metabolism this morning. My appetite has been up and down. By the lunch time i was starving, however my mid afternoon shake has put a lump in my throat to get it down. Subbing Crystal Light Tea for par of my water today too. Really not feeling the whole water deal today!

Last night I crashed and slept hard. Woke up somewhat refreshed. Took a little bit to get moving.
Walked the kids to school for exercise. Replaced my energy drink with black coffee and french vanilla cream.
No appetite for food either this morning.
Stayed really sweaty today. Not much appetite throughout the day.
Huge crash at 530 napped until 630. Still no energy. Might look into NOS Sugar Free or Diet Mountain Dew to avoid feeling so drowsy. Dont know. Guess I will give it a few days.
