Today is going just as this weekend did not very well.
Grrr. If it can go wrong it is going wrong this is not so good. On the bright side I am pretty sure it has to get better soon. My youngest had her braces put on this morning and despite all that did go well so I should be thankful for that. She is excited and happy that they are on however she spent days telling me what color of bands she was going to have put on then the time comes and she gets clear? Must be a 13 year old fashion Diva in the making decision is all I can guess.

Well the number on the scale did show how hard I worked this month. Thanks goodness for that. Started today at with 1 1/2 mile walk amazing how much better your work day is if you exercise first.
Well here is hoping this month goes just as well.

I go this afternoon for my monthly weigh in. I have done fairly well so I am hoping for good results on the scale. However if the number does not read what I want it to. I am going to remember overall I feel much better my exercise level is so much better this month my clothes are loser so its all good. Fingers crossed

Feeling much better today after my pity party yesterday... glad that is over I have started counting my steps with a pedometer it doesn't work if I wear it on my right side but seems to be pretty accurate if wearing on my left side. Really weird and then I am not sure if there should be some type of goal on number of steps to take each day. If anyone has any advise for that please feel free to share. Thanks have and I hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend.
