Feeling much better today after my pity party yesterday... glad that is over I have started counting my steps with a pedometer it doesn't work if I wear it on my right side but seems to be pretty accurate if wearing on my left side. Really weird and then I am not sure if there should be some type of goal on number of steps to take each day. If anyone has any advise for that please feel free to share. Thanks have and I hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend.
