Well the number on the scale did show how hard I worked this month. Thanks goodness for that. Started today at with 1 1/2 mile walk amazing how much better your work day is if you exercise first.
Well here is hoping this month goes just as well.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week
