Ok, I've fallen and now I'm back up! Got renewed confidence and diligence to make it to my goal. Using everything in the arsenal to get there, exercise, fiber, Alli, prayer......
It's gonna happen this time, I am addressing my emotional eating and those things that trip me up, mainly sweets and pasta!

It's my 5th day and I'm hanging in! Am working some nights this week, so my dinner is in the early am and my lunch is at dinner time.
But, I am not hungry and have enough food to keep me from grabbing everything in sight. I have found that preparation is the key, making my lunch ahead of time and having items on hand I can eat when the hunger bug strikes.
I feel like it is actually going to happen this time, finally.
I will lose the weight and get my energy back and my shape back. Babyboomers rock! LOL
