It's my 5th day and I'm hanging in! Am working some nights this week, so my dinner is in the early am and my lunch is at dinner time.
But, I am not hungry and have enough food to keep me from grabbing everything in sight. I have found that preparation is the key, making my lunch ahead of time and having items on hand I can eat when the hunger bug strikes.
I feel like it is actually going to happen this time, finally.
I will lose the weight and get my energy back and my shape back. Babyboomers rock! LOL
