I'm a 31 year old stay at home mother of 3 girls. When I had my second daughter I started dieting and exercising to try to take off that extra weight. As soon as I noticed I was loosing my milk, I stopped exercising hoping that that would take care of it. It didn't so I then quit dieting. It was disheartening for me. I did eventually take it off. After my third, I didn't want to run into the same problem so I put off dieting and exercising till after I was done nursing. Now I'm done and wanting to take off that extra 20-30 pounds.
