Thoughts on Fasting
Being non religious, I don't really go for any religious fasting. However, it is a wonderful feeling to let the body relax from food every now and then.

For the Ladies: Sports Bras?
I personally have a Nike sports bra that can be worn from both sides. I have had it for a year now and it still holds decently. Still running or bouncing will make me girls bounce somewhat too, which is not exactly pleasent.
Also I have three supporting bras that I bought in a store chain Seppälä. Those are also similar quality as the Nike one, just cheaper.

So illness and inability to eat anything makes you lose a lot of weight. Still rather ill today and really don't know if I should go to work or not.

Ok... So I stepped on the scale again, just to find out that the previous result must have been a glitch or something. My scale hates me so much xD
