First time going out to eat since starting my diet program. I ate about half of my ordered breakfast, picked a fairly healthy choice and still consumed about 460 calories....YIKES!

It's always easiest to lose the first 10 lbs; it's what happens afterward that is the challenge.

I KNOW I didn't actually gain 7 lbs in 2 days! I used a different scale this time...the one I will typically use, so will need to start from this wt instead of my initial weigh in :(

Already, only day 2 of my commitment to healthy eating and my snacking hour (9pm to 11pm) is calling my name!!!!! WAter, I need more water!!!!!!
