First time going out to eat since starting my diet program. I ate about half of my ordered breakfast, picked a fairly healthy choice and still consumed about 460 calories....YIKES!

keep up the good work :) I've gone out to eat and done well, but eating at work is terrible...we are surrounded by all of the favorite quick foods. We are goaling to lose another 5-7 lbs by mid June. Good luck and keep us informed :)
