Weight gain!!!! Time to crank up my protein intake. It is too low.

I have been carefully looking at the percentages of fat/carb/protein that I have been eating and am finding I am sadly lacking in my protein percentage, which should be around 20% minimum of my caloric consumption. It has been more like 10 to 15% instead. I would like to crank up my protein to about 30%, fat at around 20 to 30% and carbs around 40%. Looking into a daily protein drink to bump up my protein intake a bit more.

My diet is ruined for the day! My son brought home a LARGE piece of carrot cake for me....couldn't help myself! I'm ruined!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, tomorrow is another day :)
