Waist: 35in
Hipppppppppppps: 48in
Really praying that ditching the scale for 6weeks will help me focus and not get discouraged on final attempt at losing weight!

I haven't logged my meals for about 4 days now and two things are responsible for that.
1. My local meals/foods are not listed on the food chart. I therefore find it stressful having to find western alternatives to represent meals consumed. I have researched a few though and have added a couple local recipes to the food database but it still isn't enough.
2. The scales figures are not commensurate with my efforts and the sort of compliments I'm getting on my obvious weight loss. So, you know what? I'm going to have to dump the scales for a while and just count my calories and stick to my daily exercise routine!

My FINAL and most SERIOUS weight loss journey started 2weeks ago and I have lost 5kilos. (from 98kg-93kg)
