Well I am happy again with my current weight loss! I do sneak a weight check in every time I lose weight after about three days and it usually climbs back up to where I was before, but then after the week has passed I will drop the weight back to were I was. When I lose some weight and I get excited about it I always check it again in a few days and it always seems to be right back to the last weigh in, but then after 7 to 10 days it will drop back down to where it was before if not a little bit more! I really should only weigh myself every 2 weeks or after or even after10 days has passed by so I don't see that weight jump back up and make me feel a bit disappointed. I am not sure whether or not when I sneak a early weight check if it really makes me stick to my diet and even try a bit harder. So now I do know that my weight does fluctuate on different days and I am glad to know this so it does not work negatively against me. I am just now starting to realize that it takes time to get this weight off!!!

Wow its been a bit difficult to resist the urges to just eat something that I know is not appropriate for my diet, but I have turned the other cheek so to speak just to see another temptation right in front of me! I am proud of myself though for sticking to my diet and just remember all the reasons why I am doing this. Usually one reason is enough, but I have so many reasons to diet that I just pick out the one in my head to keep me from slipping. I do believe though that you can have a slip up, but just don't fall down! I just keep trying to remind myself when it seems like it is taking to long to lose weight is I didn't put it on overnight of course and how many times that I said to myself, "if I would had started that diet last year I could be almost half the way there or more. I just keep thinking Adam its another day that you did a great job and reward myself with a pat on my own back mentally speaking. I can't reward myself with a donut or whatever is around because then I am defeating the whole purpose of my battle against the extra fat that I carry around everyday. I may lose a battle or two, but I promise that I am going to win the WAR ON OBESITY!
