I am a 24year old mom of one. Michigan native, FT working wife, trying to get into a fitness routine as well as healthy eating. Recently took up the C25K program, and have been doing Zumba and Step for about a year now. Pretty much always struggled with my weight, but you know the story. Weighed about 160-170 in High School (size 10/12, I got curves ya'll) but thought I was way to fat. Now, at [214 starting, Size 16] 200 I wish I could get back there. I was toned, curvy and HEALTHY. That's what my journey is about, getting back to a healthy weight and lifestyle and being a role model for my little boy.
