Ingredients
Directions
- In crockpot, layer chopped potatoes, then chopped carrots on bottom of removable liner. Top with stew beef trimmed of fat.
- Sprinkle meat with soy sauce, paprika, pepper and flour. Spread chopped onions.
- Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all. Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on Auto - 7 hours; or Low - 9-11 hours; or High -5 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
- Yields 6-8 servings.

What kind of diet allows you such high fat and carbs? None I've been on ever. Sounds more like a church pot luck entry to me.
