started new strength training with weights today, feels great

Monday I start a new strength training program; starting with 2sets/10reps of 4 exercises, at 2.5 pounds for two weeks. M-W-F with Ed after work.
:) Let's see if we build some strength.

alternating between 1600 and 1700 calories, with 15 to 30 minutes exercise daily,plus strength training and 2 c water at each meal, snack, and reading the bible verses, especially meditating on 1 Cor 6:19
