I am 28 years old, mother to three, and work full time. Days are very busy to say the least. I don't have a lot if any of spouse support which is something else that needs to be worked on. So I have a lot on my plate and not to use it as an excuse but with an 8yr old, 3yr old, and a 9 month old I am stretched thin. I used to be very active and over the years I have just let myself go. I really am looking forward to a more active lifestyle and want to follow the clean eating principles to achive my goal. I was always a size 0 or a 1 in highschool I ate bad things all day and never gained a pound. Well I always heard that would catch up with me and they were so right. My son that was born in December was born with CHD Tetralogy of Fallot and required an open heart surgery with more in his future. I realize now more than ever it is so important for my children and myself to eat healthy and live an active lifestyle.
