I have been sticking to low carbs and trying to stay in ketosis but realized working out with weights and taking glutamine and other amino acids that it had taken me out. So I have been fluctuating between 255 and 250. Not feeling good about that and feel that Im stuck and feeling that staying in ketosis is not working right now. I have not made any significant weight loss and I really don't know what route to take now.

Went to a Chinese Buffet with my family today. Not a good choice of food for me to stay in ketosis so my intake was limited. I did the best I could but almost every meat there had some kind of glaze or sauce. I had some chicken, ribs and fish; a lettuce salad with ranch dressing along with a diet coke and water. Wont go there again.
