Super stuck at 211.2! :-/
I failed at not eating lunch a few days ago, so I'm giving that a try again today. I had leftover pizza casserole for breakfast from last night and a low carb snack bar (2 net) around 10 but going to try to not eat an actual "lunch" today. I think eventually I'm going to have to go OMAD or try a 16:8 IF with a 11:30-7 eating window. We'll see.
I have to get groceries probably tomorrow, and planning a few new meals I haven't had before. I know my "secret" to success with this diet/lifestyle is that there really is so many different meals I can make, and so it keeps it interesting to me.
Some of the new meals I'll be making include: - "White Castle" hamburger pie - Chicken cordon bleu casserole - aspragus chicken alfredo - parm garlic lavash bread - egg roll in a bowl (I've made this before, but only once recently with a new veg blend that I found, yum!)
They're all low carb recipes, but ones I'll have to watch my portions on. Per usual. I do think I have started to get lax on portion size, even if it is in theory a low carb dish, and that's not helping!
Tomorrow marks 100 days on LCHF/Keto/Lazy Keto/Atkins/whatever is the best way to describe what I'm doing. I would love love love another drop tomorrow but it's shark week so I'll be lucky not to bloat up! lol. Sigh. KCKO. :)
