I finally reached my goal. I restarted my mission on 11/26/07. Start weight back then was between 150-152. I was on a mission and wanted it accomplished. 3 months lated I am now down to 128. I feel great, but still have more to lose....and its not about weight its about my body size. I am noticing that my body is completely different from before I had my daughter, Im thicker. Sooo, Im going to work on it some more...tone up and slim down just a bit more.

How I did it. Believe it or not, I did it the Slim Fast and Lean Cuisine Way. Low Carb, Vanilla Flavored Shake and Lean Cuisines.
I would have breakfast, HB Egg, Bread and coffee. Mid Morning Snack, protein bar or whatever was in the office....at Noon or 1pm i would have my Slim Fast and late afternoon, around 3-4pm I would have my Lean Cuisine...By the time I would get home about 6/7, I wasnt even hungry and limited myslef to something light if I was....Thats all I did, nothing more, nothing less....Of course having a toddler running around was exercise in its self...I have a 6 year old as well that kept me busy....

Anyway, thats my story. I love sharing and wishing all of you best of luck. I still need it.

Ps. The secret to losing weight is determination. If you want something bad enough you work at it, and hard at it. And never give
