OK - Sooooo, the last time I was on here was back in 2008. And I did great. I worked hard and accomplished my goals. Well that was 5 years ago and Im back at it. Dieting!!! Since 2008 I've been doing pretty well until, I will say since around November of 2013. For whatever reason, ate whatever and didnt care and mainly drank myself silly, not drunk....but I like to drink my beer and wine, and with all the parties and holidays around that time, it was pretty easy to eat, drink and be flippin merry, right? Well it all caught up to me and here I am again. And as Juan Pablo, the Bachelor would say, "Es fine, es okay"...lol

I'm focused and ready for a change. Any and all support is welcomed.
Lets do this!!!

Old Stats:

34 years old.
2 beautiful kids. Boy, 5 and Girl, 11 months.
1 Handsome Husband...who's wonderful to me.
1 overweight me. 150 pnds. Goal 130!!!

We all want this...
to lose weight fast. A quick fix... Is it healthy, not really. Is it right, nope.
But I am desperate here. We have all wanted a quick fix at one time or another...I have a trip in 3 weeks, I want to lose at least 7 - 10 pnds. Can anyone help?

I will try anything...I need your advice, your suggestions, your expertise.

Hope to hear from you, ok ANYONE!!! haha

ALCOHOL...
Anyone find themselves doing great on your diet, no cheating, going to the gym, eating healthy, etc...then the weekend arrives, and you give into alcohol. My weakness is a corona. Any one have good alternatives, besides just saying no.

Buddies Wanted!!!
I want to start today, at least do something to get on the right track. I havent gone food shopping and I dont even have a book on any one diet, anyone have any ideas, suggestions. Fat Flush sounds good, but with so many choices out there I want something I can start today...

High Protein?
No Sugar?
Lots of water?

I need your help. What do I eat? What can I do? Or should I just wait for Monday, and do my food shopping this weekend.

Anyone....
taking diet pills along with one of these diets? I just bought slim quick for women...
www.slimquicklabs.com - incase anyone was interested. But was curious if anyone is seeking that extra help with that of a pill;

Im thinking about it, but need an opinion. Take the pills and diet,or try one of these diets with the extra help (if it really even does that, right)...and if diet only, which one? Im so confused.
