Thousand and one...here I come. Yup, Ive tried a thousand diets, and never fully stuck to one, saw results then got comfrotable, then put weight back one, then attempted the diet again, saw results, got comfortable, and this vicious cycle continued over and over...my body probably doesnt even know when its dieting anymore.
So here I am, for the thousandth time attempting to stick to yet another plan. Will I do it, or will the cycle take me for a spin again.
I hope to stick to it, but its so hard to stay motivated and focused.
Anyway, only I have the answers. I know its about making the right choices, and about making a conscious decision to give it my best and not justify any excuses for getting off track. That..."its just one time, or just one bite" excuse should not be acceptable or justified.
I have to stick to the plan, bottom line. The only one that gets cheated is me. I need to be true to myself.
