following: Fat Flush Plan
performance: losing 1.0 lb a week

Thousand and one...here I come. Yup, Ive tried a thousand diets, and never fully stuck to one, saw results then got comfrotable, then put weight back one, then attempted the diet again, saw results, got comfortable, and this vicious cycle continued over and over...my body probably doesnt even know when its dieting anymore.

So here I am, for the thousandth time attempting to stick to yet another plan. Will I do it, or will the cycle take me for a spin again.
I hope to stick to it, but its so hard to stay motivated and focused.

Anyway, only I have the answers. I know its about making the right choices, and about making a conscious decision to give it my best and not justify any excuses for getting off track. That..."its just one time, or just one bite" excuse should not be acceptable or justified.
I have to stick to the plan, bottom line. The only one that gets cheated is me. I need to be true to myself.

Gaaaawd! Dieting sucks!

Few Stats:


34 years old.
2 beautiful kids. Boy, 5 and Girl, 11 months.
1 Handsome Husband...who's wonderful to me.
1 overweight me. 150 pnds. Goal 130!!!

We all want this...
to lose weight fast. A quick fix... Is it healthy, not really. Is it right, nope.
But I am desperate here. We have all wanted a quick fix at one time or another...I have a trip in 3 weeks, I want to lose at least 7 - 10 pnds. Can anyone help?

I will try anything...I need your advice, your suggestions, your expertise.

ALCOHOL...
Anyone find themselves doing great on your diet, no cheating, going to the gym, eating healthy, etc...then the weekend arrives, and you give into alcohol. My weakness is a corona. Any one have good alternatives, besides just saying no.

Buddies Wanted!!!
I want to start today, at least do something to get on the right track. I havent gone food shopping and I dont even have a book on any one diet, anyone have any ideas, suggestions. Fat Flush sounds good, but with so many choices out there I want something I can start today...

High Protein?
No Sugar?
Lots of water?

I need your help. What do I eat? What can I do? Or should I just wait for Monday, and do my food shopping this weekend.

taking diet pills along with one of these diets? I just bought slim quick for women...
www.slimquicklabs.com - incase anyone was interested. But was curious if anyone is seeking that extra help with that of a pill;

Im thinking about it, but need an opinion. Take the pills and diet,or try one of these diets with the extra help (if it really even does that, right)...and if diet only, which one? Im so confused.

PLEASE READ AND REPLY - I just need...
will power and motivation. Does anyone find themselves 100 % committed one day, the next, and then we expect to see results over night, and by day 3, you're done. Is it because of previous trials...saw results fast, and now it takes forever just to see a pound or two come off. How do I convince my body into believing Im serious this time, and not just yo-yoing dieting again. My body needs some shock therapy, how do I do this...convince it Im for real this time.

Any suggestions...I want fast results especially the first week. I have a trip in 3 weeks...any advice. I want to look decent for this trip.

Ugh, so frustrating.

PS. I want to do the FF Diet, however can someone give me a menu plan. I dont have the book and would love any help.
