Monday morning again, and it is a LOSS again! I have had more consistent success with Atkins than any other plan PLUS my use of insulin is down 40%! I think I can do another week, or 2,3. LOL.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. It looks like your doing awesome!!! I will check out the cookbook... I firmly believe meal variety is the key to successfully changing eating habits. Keep up the good work!!! ; )
